These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk809.club. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the platform.
pk809 is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 18 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may hold only one pk809 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and any associated balances may be forfeited. Identity verification may be required at any stage.
Player funds held in pk809 accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer in PKR are credited as stated in the Deposits section.

pk809 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time and to restrict account functionality pending verification. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and all deposits forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one pk809 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or fictitious or borrowed identities — is strictly prohibited. Where pk809 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts except the oldest may be closed without notice and any balances within duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. pk809 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details, including losses from account recovery failures caused by an outdated registered mobile number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk809 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk809 support immediately. pk809 will never request your password through any channel.
pk809 may at any time require verification of your identity, age, registered mobile number, or payment method. Until verification is complete, pk809 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay at its discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
pk809 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. All PKR-denominated deposits are credited to your account in Pakistani Rupees. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit within the pk809 Cashier.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time subject to the processing schedules of the relevant institution. pk809 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, subject to pk809's verification requirements. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where active wagering requirements remain on bonus funds. pk809 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
The standard account currency at pk809 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where USDT TRC20 deposits are used, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. pk809 is not responsible for fluctuations in crypto-to-PKR exchange rates between a deposit instruction and its credit to the account.
All bets and wagers placed on pk809 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for that game.
pk809 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:
Winning bets are credited to the account balance in PKR following settlement. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type and are subject to official result confirmation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by pk809 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry dates. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.
pk809 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Suspected abuse of any promotion — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
Loyalty Program points earned through real-money play are governed by the pk809 Loyalty Program terms as published on the Platform and may be amended at pk809's discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk809.club holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pk809's internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available through the Platform's support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the relevant regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction.
